For one of my articles I chose this one from my internet homepage, yahoo.
It talks about how the 'yield' (the number of accepted applicants who actually enroll) really determines how badly the students want to attend that school.
I don't know how accurate this seems, but Harvard is at the top of the list..and if by a miracle I would've ever been accepted there, who would throw that away? Haha...

Hello!

So I've been wanting to create a blog for sometime now,
and since my photo 111 class is required to write one, I guess I have an excuse now...
I guess I'm going to be writing about class and posting my work,
as well as a weekly post about 2 current events.

Our class was not able to meet at all last week, because of meetings and bad weather days.
I'm excited to actually start assignments now,
and I'm really excited about getting my new camera soon!

Speaking of assignments, Vaughn has given us our first one..
photographing strangers! Yikes!
It should be pretty interesting, I'm curious to see how that goes...
